Orange County's water heater specialists, based in Orange
Tank and tankless repair, replacement and installation across every city in Orange County, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
In Orange, and never far away
We are based in Orange, a real shop in the county we work in, not a mailbox for a three-county lead network. Tustin, Santa Ana, Irvine and Anaheim are a short run up or down the 55, the 5 and the 22. Most of Orange County is inside half an hour.
That proximity is the entire product. A water heater emergency is a race against a drip pan.
How we work
-
No sale
We tell you when not to buy
A ten-year-old tank with a bad thermocouple gets a thermocouple. A twelve-year-old tank with a bad gas valve gets an honest conversation about whether that $400 part is worth putting into it. We would rather lose the sale than sell you half of a replacement.
-
Quote first
We quote before we start, and the number holds
You get the price before the work begins, and it does not move once we are in the garage.
-
Permit
We pull the permit
California requires a plumbing permit to replace a water heater, and the inspection exists for a reason: it is where the strapping, the venting and the relief valve get checked by somebody who is not us. An installer who skips the permit is skipping the part that protects you.
-
Floor dry
We leave it clean
Old unit out, packaging gone, floor dry. Two of the Google reviews mention it unprompted, which tells you how rarely it happens elsewhere.
From Google
Five stars, and what they were for
Every rating on the Google profile is a five. More useful than the number is what the reviews are about: almost every one of them is a story about how fast somebody turned up.

I had a great experience with this team. They came out quickly, diagnosed the issue with my old water heater, and had a new one installed the same day. The crew was professional, efficient, and left everything clean when they were done. It's hard to find service this reliable nowadays — highly recommend if you need water heater repairs or installation done right.

Me and my family had a wonderful experience with the team, they came out and replaced our old water heater with brand new one. They were quick, efficient, and very kind. I highly recommend them and their services.
The narrow trade argument
A generalist plumber sees maybe a few water heaters a month between the drain calls. A specialist sees them all day. That shows up in three places you can actually feel.
Stock
The common sizes and the common failure parts are on the truck, so a repair is one visit instead of two.
Diagnosis
We are not guessing at the error code on a tankless unit. We have seen that code.
The install itself
Straps, expansion tank, T&P line, drain pan, flue draft, Title 24 insulation. The details an inspector fails people on are routine when it is the only install you do.
If you need a drain cleared or a slab leak chased, we will tell you to call someone else, and sometimes we will tell you who. That is not a weakness of the business, it is the shape of it.
24 Hour Emergency Service
We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
A real person answers, day or night. Tell us what the heater is doing and we will tell you what happens next before anyone gets in a van.
