Terms & Conditions

About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the OC Water Heater Pros website at waterheaterprosoc.com. "We" and "us" mean OC Water Heater Pros, a water heater repair and replacement company in Orange, California. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site.

Using the website

You may use this site to learn about our services and to contact us. You agree not to:

• use the site for anything unlawful, or send false, misleading or abusive requests
• submit someone else's personal information without their permission
• try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site or the systems behind it
• copy or reuse the site's content for commercial purposes without our written permission

Website content

The information on this site is general information about water heaters and our services. It is not advice for your specific heater or home, and it is not a substitute for an inspection. Photos are illustrative. Services, availability and prices can change without notice.

If you think you have a gas leak, smell gas, or have water near electrical equipment, leave the area and call your gas or electric utility or 911 first.

Quotes and estimates

Any price we give by phone, in reply to a form, or anywhere on this site is an estimate based on the information you give us. Estimates are not binding until we confirm them in writing. The final scope and price can change once we see the installation, for example if the heater, venting, gas line, water lines or local code requirements turn out to be different from what was described. If that happens we will tell you before doing the extra work.

Submitting a form or calling us does not by itself book an appointment or create a contract. Any work we perform is covered by the written quote, work order or invoice for that job, including any warranty terms stated there and the equipment manufacturer's own warranty.

Offers and discounts

Our offer, as shown on this site, works like this:

• 10% off for first time customers, seniors, and military (active or veteran).
• Mention it when you call or put it in the form. There is no coupon or code.
• The discount comes off the quoted price before the work starts.
• One discount per job. If more than one applies, we take the one that saves you most. They do not stack.
